Due to the global pandemic and its impact, the leading new media arts festival Ars Electronica will premiere a dual format for its 2020 edition, including an online showcase in addition to the physical event. Ars Electronica has partnered with .art Domains to inaugurate Ars Electronica .ART Gallery, the online arm of the festival this year. I’ve just completed my Science & Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to Soft Matter Science (chemistry) course online. The course is an off shoot of one of one of the courses at Harvard in the USA. It was really amazing and interesting and I learnt a lot about cooking and the science behind food!
